All rented equipment must be returned to Cantaloupe within sixty (60) days after the end of the rental or customer will be billed for the device.

Monthly service fee billing commences at the earlier of 30 days from purchase or first report to the network, whichever occurs first.

36 months from Billing Commencement Date per device. If Customer terminates any device before the end of the Commitment Period, Customer agrees to pay the Early Termination Fee.

Early Termination Fee is the monthly service fee multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Commitment Period, for each device

They do! Every Cantaloupe device comes with a three-year standard warranty, which is longer than any other warranty in the industry.

Our standard warranty covers device connectivity issues, power failures, port issues, and firmware issues. 

The warranty does not cover physical damage to a device, including accidents, vandalism, abuse, alteration, or modification. It also does not cover loss of functionality or physical damage due to lack of appropriate power supply or lack of protection from the elements. It also does not cover physical or functional damage due to device misuse.

You can! When you purchase a new device, you can opt in to CantaloupeCare, which gives you two additional years of warranty coverage per device for a nominal monthly fee.

At this time, CantaloupeCare is only available for newly purchased devices.
